The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) invites qualified painting contractors to bid on summer of 2023 Exterior Building Painting Project at the KUSD Educational Support Center. Project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, wall surface preparation, minor E.I.F.S. repairs, prime and finish coat painting of the entire building. This project is considered a "Turn-Key" installation project, which includes all of the necessary permits, fees and approvals included in the general contractor's bid. The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal deemed to be in the best interest of KUSD. KUSD reserves the right to negotiate with any company after the bid opening has occurred. The Kenosha Unified School District invites qualified Painting contractors to bid on the painting of the entire building exterior of the two story Educational Support Center. 1. This scope of work is considered a "Turn Key" project provided by the painting contractor which includes all labor, material and equipment, supervision and permits necessary to complete the work in full as specified in this RFP.
