Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the work consists of: water main, lighting, wiring pay station kiosk, regrading on-site aggregate base, excavation, light riprap berms and basins, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and pad, storm A-2 sewer, PVC pipe, asphalt pavement, topsoil, seeding, native seeding, erosion control, and removal of excess base aggregate from the site. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements.
