Completed plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

All construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with alternate bids as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a (A) "Bid Security" in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of each Bid Form.
