Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Plains, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Firehouse No. 2 Renovations project, generally consisting of two (2) separate prime contracts; Contract 1 - HVAC Upgrades and all incidental work related thereto, and Contract 2 - Roof Replacement and all incidental work related thereto. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to 100% of the Contract Price. The Plains Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding.
