The Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds, Drawings and Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined at the following location: ALLIANCE DESIGN GROUP 1439 CENTRE COURT, STE 401 ALEXANDRIA, LOUISIANA 71301 (318) 487-2037 Deposits will be refunded to bonafide prime bidders who return the documents in good condition to the offices of Alliance Design Group no later than 10 days after the receipt of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids Bidders attention is particularly called to the fact that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and certain requirements as to conditions of employment, minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, and Executive Order 11246, as amended, will be requirements of this contract. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of his total bid, in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Building Construction. Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S.38:2212 (A)(1)(c). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of fortyfive (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214 - 38:2215.
