Building Size: 12,250 gross square feet. E. This project is maintaining the existing building's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification level of Gold under the LEED New Construction v2 rating system by the US Green Building Council. F. This project is being designed to the standards of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification level of Silver under the LEED v4 for Interior Design and Construction rating system by the US Green Building Council but is not seeking LEED certification.,
