New playground and park construction on the 7.6-acre neighborhood park on the South end of the Grand View Heights subdivision located in eastern Laramie, WY. Construction consists of site, clearing, earthwork, concrete play pit edge installation, concrete paving, installation of pour-in place play surfacing, installation of site furnishings, grading and drainage, tree planting, soil amendment, mulch placement, irrigation placement, boulder seat wall and boulder step placement, shelter installation, and potential add alternates including asphalt patching and parking striping along Bill Nye Ave, game court installation, crusher fines path installation, boulder amphitheater placement, and restroom installation. Site Directions: South of the intersection of Glacier Street and Bill Nye Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
