Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Beitel Elementary and Central Kitchen Generator Additions consisting of the installment of new natural gas generators, and transfer switches for full-building power back up. No formal pre-bid conference will be held. Communications to OWNER concerning the Bid shall be addressed to: During bidding, inquiries that are administrative in nature shall be directed to the Owner's Representative, Roger Strube, PE, at roger@7220consulting.com, or by calling 307-760- 6750. Technical inquiries shall be directed to WSP, Rick Shields, PE, rick.shields@wsp.com. The lands upon which the Work is to be performed, rights-of-way and easements for access thereto and other lands designated for use by Contractor in performing the Work are identified in the Contract Documents. All additional lands and access thereto required for temporary construction facilities, construction equipment or storage of materials and equipment are to be obtained and paid for by Contractor. Refer to Article 4 of the General Conditions
