Through this Request for Proposals, the City of Merritt invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced civil construction firms to perform the construction services for the City’s proposed Voght St and Coldwater River Watermain Crossing, that focuses on extending the watermain along Voght St and crossing under the Coldwater River.
