St. Johns County is soliciting a quote from a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the replacement of the current pavilion with a new pavilion to match the existing in the same location at the Surfside Park located at 3070 Coastal Highway, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The project site is located east of the Coastal Construction Line as indicated on the attached aerial map of the site location. The awarded Contractor will be required to obtain a local Building Permit and a Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) Permit per the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
