The work to be performed in connection with this project includes but is not limited an Image Upgrade to the Starbucks in the Exchange Store located at the corner 3rd Street West and New B Street West 2. Improvements will include the following: a. Selective demolition to remove the existing brand wall finishes, equipment, flooring and ceilings b. New tile flooring and wall abase c. New framed walls for revised spatial configuration d. Paint walls and gypsum board soffits e. New Starbucks provided equipment f. Plumbing g. Sanitary h. HVAC ductwork and diffusers i. Electrical power and lighting j. Modify the fire sprinkler head locations as required D. The Contractor is advised to take note of the following General Provisions of the Contract: Cleaning up; Material and Workmanship; Accident Prevention; Protection of Existing Vegetation, Structures, Utilities and Improvements; Operation and Storage Areas; Site Investigation; Permits and Responsibilities.
