Other Details IVGID provides water and wastewater treatment, and recreational facilities to over 9,000 residents in the communities of Incline Village and Crystal Bay, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, in Washoe County, Nevada. Federal requirements dictate that the District pump treated effluent out of the Lake Tahoe basin, where IVGID owns and maintains a wetlands facility in Douglas County, Nevada. The District's effluent export pipeline is experiencing end of life failure in some sections, which are to be replaced in 2023 under the direction of IVGID's CMAR contractor, Granite Construction. The Effluent Export Pipeline Replacement Project (Project) will be partially funded by the State of Nevada Clean Water State Revolving Funds. The contracted firm will provide all inspection and materials testing services meeting the requirements of the project plans and specifications. Work is to be performed for the duration of the Project, in cooperation with Granite Construction's project schedule. Items to be inspected and/or tested include but are not limited to trenching, earthwork, site concrete, pipeline and appurtenance installation, pipeline testing, roadway repaving, roadway striping, materials compaction and laboratory testing (the Work). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
