Questions or comments regarding this specification must be submitted electronically to our eBid system where the specification was downloaded and must be received by the Port no later than March 10, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. The work shall include but not limited to demolition, excavation, backfilling, and debris removal. The work will also include the furnishing of all labor and procuring of all materials for installation of the substation, shore power vault, shore power outlet, duct-banks, manholes, primary power service entrance, metering equipment, high voltage substation transformers, grounding, underground electrical cables, wires, concrete pads, distribution switchgear, power vaults, power outlets, underground conduit, conductors, providing connections to the system, related structural work, and other ancillary items to provide a complete and operational system. Provide all labor necessary to complete testing, start-up, and initial preventative maintenance to comply with testing procedures. The bidder must possess a valid California State Contractors License Classification A, General Engineering Contractor and/or C-10, Electrical Contractor, in accordance with the provision of Division 3 Chapter 9 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California at the time the contract is submitted.
