This Project Consists of Miscellaneous Tuck Pointing, Masonry Sealer Application and Other Miscellaneous Masonry Repair, Replacement Work at Three North Pekin, Marquette Heights District 102 Schools: Georgetowne Middle School, 51 Yates Road, Marquette Heights, Il, 61554, Marquette Elementary School, 100 Joliet Road, Marquette Heights, Il 61554 and Rogers Elementary School, 109 Rogers Road, North Pekin, Il 61554. Bid Security Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid in the Amount of 5% Percent of the Bid Amount. No Bids May Be Withdrawn for a Period of 30 Days After Opening of Bids. Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Informalities and Irregularities. Successful Bidders Shall Be Required to Observe the Fair Employment Practices Commission Rules Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity and Comply With the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Il Cs 130/1 Et Seq. And Use Wage Determination as Determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, Conciliation, and Mediation Division. These Wages Will Remain in Effect Until Superseded by a New Determination.
