Renovation of a residential development in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The bidder shall submit a project plan using the design standards below that is in compliance with all applicable HUD, EPA, and State of Illinois regulations as well as all local building and zoning codes. The plan must include a clear project timeline and budget with line item costs. The contractor shall act as the general contractor for the project using subcontractors as required. Subcontractors that will be required should be clearly identified in the project plan. Remove all the existing gas piping and hangers. Install a new gas fired power vent 40-gal water heater. Install new approved gas piping to supply the water heater, furnace, kitchen stove and laundry coming from the gas meter. Install supply water lines from meter to the kitchen rough- in, bathroom rough- in, water heater, laundry room wash box, and outside silcock. The outside silcock location is preferred at the rear of the house, also install a shut off valve in the basement to isolate the water incase of line breakage do to freeze up. Plumbing contractor will be responsible for all the fixtures needed to furnish the house, standard toilet bowl & tank, tub-shower combo unit, shower faucet & drain with trim, lavatory and sink/top with over flow, lav. faucet, kitchen 2 bowl stainless sink, one-piece faucet with sprayer and drain baskets. There will be no dishwasher or garbage disposal installed. Delta fixtures preferred for faucets no need to be top of the line. Will need a rough- in that will enable homeowner to attach an icemaker line, located in the wall with a shut off behind the refrigerator. Contractor upon signing the contract must camera the sewer line from the house to the street to locate any possible issues needing addressed. The water curb box and valve has been recently replaced and is in proper working order. The main sewer stack and vent will need to be removed and replaced with all new PVC starting from the basement floor throughout the house. Plumbing permit required before work starts.
