The Work for This Project Shall Be Executed Under a Single General Construction Contract and Includes Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil and Technology Disciplines and Work for the Construction of the New Wilsonville Primary School for the West Linn-wilsonville School District.This is a starter primary school on a 9.5 Acre Green Field site and will be an approximately 58,000 square foot one-story, Class V-B structure for 350 students. The project will include an administration area and one secured entry vestibule, library, 20 classrooms, multipurpose platform stage/markerspace/music specialty rooms, wellness commons, kitchen, playground, play field, walking paths, outdoor student courtyards and a covered play structure. Project is estimated at $27.5M. Project has five (5) alternate bids per specification section 01 23 00. No Proposal Will Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Bank Cashiers Check, or Surety Bond Executed by a State-licensed Surety Company, Payable to West Linn-wilsonville School District, in the Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No Interest Will Be Paid on Bid Security. No Bidder May Withdraw His/her Bid After the Hour Set for the Opening Thereof, or Thereafter, Before Award of the Contract, Unless Award is Delayed for a Period Exceeding Thirty (30) Days From the Date of Bid Opening.
