Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as ONWASA) is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced commercial janitorial/cleaning service firms to provide evening janitorial/cleaning service 5 days a week for 3 administrative buildings located at 228 Georgetown Road For more information contact: Tiffany Riggs Chief Financial Officer 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540 Phone: (910) 937-7545 Email: triggs@onwasa.com Any questions regarding the RFP or proposed contract must be submitted in writing, at least, 2 business days prior to the submittal date for the proposal and directed to the ONWASA Chief Financial Officer. All responses that require a change to this Request for Proposal will be issued in the form of a formal addendum directed to all prospective Contractors. All proposals shall be notarized. The Contractors responding to this RFP are hereby notified that North Carolina General Statutes, relating to licensing of the Contractors, will be observed in receiving proposals and awarding contracts. Bid, Performance, nor Payment Bonds are required for this RFP. The Contract will be effective upon issuance of an ONWASA purchase order and will be for an initial term of 12 months. The Contractor is bound to the quoted prices for the duration of the 12 months. Upon each anniversary date of any resulting agreement, the Owner and the Contractor, upon mutual agreement, shall have the option to renew this contract for an additional 12 months. This contract may be renewed up to 4 times resulting in a total of 5 years. ONWASA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals if it may deem it best for the public good, and to waive any informality in the proposals received.
