Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Much of the equipment operating at the central Steam Plant serving the downtown government complex is original the facility's construction and in need of maintenance or replacement. Provide Engineering services for roof replacement, new feedwater tank and insulation, upgrade of plant control/automation operating system as well as replacement of outdated LCD displays, replacement of the fuel offloading pump station and replacement of the plant's fuel transfer pumps and associated valves at the DOA Steam Plant, located in Raleigh, NC. All Letters of Interest received in response to the previous advertisement for design services will still be considered and remain valid for this Re-Advertisement. No additional response to this Re-Advertisement is required for any design firm that submitted a Letter of Interest in response to the previous advertisement for design services. Please contact Ken Vendel if you would like to confirm that your previously submitted Letter of Interest package was received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
