A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Furnish all tools, labor and equipment necessary to provide delivery and installation of Serving Line Equipment to Fairfield Middle School located at 5121 Nine Mile Road, Henrico, Virginia, 23223 to Henrico County Public Schools in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications. The purpose of the conference is to review the scope of work and clarify any aspect of the work that may be in question. Due to the importance of all Bidders having a clear understanding of the Scope of Work/Services and requirements, attendance will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid. The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to furnish and provide inside delivery and installation of serving line equipment to Fairfield Middle School located at 5121 Nine Mile Road, Henrico, Virginia, 23223 to Henrico County Public Schools ("HCPS") in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions, and specifications. All work, including delivery, removal of old equipment, and installation, must be completed between the dates of August 1, 2023 and August 18, 2023
