Sitter and Barfoot is seeking a responsible vendor to provide and replace condenser coils for an air-cooled chiller on the roof of their Richmond Neighborhood in Richmond, VA. in accordance with the terms, conditions, and scope of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Quick Quote by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and scope stated herein. The air-cooled chiller is manufactured by Carrier with Model #30RAP0256JA07F10, Serial #3014Q51354 and was installed in 2015 Any questions regarding this Quick Quote shall be addressed to Mel Sanchez at (804) 371-8444 or email melek.sanchez@dvs.virginia.gov. The Contractor is required to supply labor and materials necessary to replace condenser coils on a Carrier AuqaSnap Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller. After installation of coils inspect for leaks and proper operation of chiller. Small Business Set-Aside for Award Priority
