SEALED PROPOSALS, WILL BE RECEIVED by the Board of Education, Lockport School District 91, (The District), Will County, Illinois for the following work: LED LIGHTING RETROFIT/REPLACEMENT TWO SCHOOLS. Work will be let under one prime general contract, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. No proposal will be considered unless the bidder shall furnish evidence satisfactory to the Owner that he has the necessary facilities, abilities, experience, equipment, financial, and physical resources available to fulfill the conditions of the Contract and execute the work, should the Contract be awarded to him. As required by law, not less than the prevailing wage for Will County, Illinois shall be paid for labor on the work to be done. The Board of Education, Lockport School District 91, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, waive any or all irregularities or technicalities in the RFP, and award the RFP in the manner that best serves the interests of the Owner.
