Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lockport, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed construction consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for 1626 L.F. of grading and shaping ditches, installation of 500 L.F. of 12 storm sewer, 66 L.F. of 15 storm sewer, 12 L.F. of 18 storm sewer, 37 L.F. of 12 culvert, 5 catch basins, 5 inlets, 482 L.F. of combination curb and gutter, pavement and ditch restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. Any questions shall be submitted to the Engineer by August 26, 2022.
