Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work is comprised of replacing waterline services as part of the City of Fort Collins Safe Water Action Program (SWAP). The existing services are being replaced because they are made of an unsuitable material, such as galvanized steel and/or have a lead gooseneck. The services were previously potholed in order to confirm the material type. The SWAP 2023 project comprises the replacement of the Utility-owned portion of 53 service lines, or localized removal and replacement of the lead gooseneck. The Work includes the replacement of existing services with 3/4 " copper services and all necessary appurtenances as more specifically defined herein. All necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision is included in this work, unless specifically excluded in these specifications.
