Scope: renovation of part of the existing Community Care Clinic into a dental office. The renovation includes reception, waiting, office, x-ray, lab, three treatment and one future treatment rooms. The dental office renovation also includes adding new windows for waiting room and an accessible exterior ramps and steps. There is also minimal renovation to modify an existing pharmacy which includes adding a new exterior door. A pre-bid meeting was held at 2:00PM, March 07, 2023, Community Care Clinic, 425 Health Center Dr., Nags Head, NC *Addendum 1 and 2 have been issued.
