This work is the installation of 6" Underdrain (As Directed) by the Engineer. The unit price includes furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the work in place. All required excavation, sawcutting, grading, aggregate, compaction, topsoil, seeding, and trench restoration is included in this item. This work is for the constructing of a new Curb in accordance to RC- 67M. The unit price includes furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the work in place. All required excavation, sawcutting, grading, subbase, compaction, testing, topsoil, seeding and mulch in areas of new curb shall be considered incidental to the item. Consider the items and materials listed below incidental to the Curb item. This work is for the restoration of existing landscape gravel due to installation of new storm drain items. The unit price includes furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the work in place. All required grading, excavation, compaction, aggregate, or topsoil materials and seeding and supplements shall be considered incidental to the item. The existing landscaping stone remains the Owner's property and is to be removed, stored, and replaced after the new curb is installed. Any remaining stone is to be moved an area requested by the Owner on their property. Consider the items and materials listed below incidental to this item. This work is the furnishing, installing, maintaining, and relocating of traffic control devices for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. This work may include flagging and pilot car operation for guidance of traffic through the temporary traffic control zone and dust control. All work shall be done as specified in these Specifications, PennDOT Publication 212, PennDOT Publication 213, and the FHWA Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), PennDOT Standard Drawings, the Drawings and as directed The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight required to complete base repairs, milling, and paving of roadways, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. All Prime Contractor Bidders must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Prime Contractor and for the tasks they complete, and all subcontractors must be PENNDOT Prequalified as a Sub-Contractor for the tasks assigned.
