Description of Work to be completed: 1) Traffic control. 2) Installation and maintenance of erosion control measures. 3) Clearing and grubbing. 4) Installation of storm sewer, inlets, manholes, and appurtenances. 5) Restoration of Fastenal Driveway. 6) Landscaping and restoration. 2. Alternate #4-23-A: Extend Storm Sewer to PCA Trail a. Location: 1) North side of Business Highway 151 from PCA Trail to Fastenal driveway (480 E. Business Highway 151). b. Description of Work to be completed: 1) Traffic control. 2) Installation and maintenance of erosion control measures. 3) Clearing and grubbing. 4) Installation of storm sewer, inlets, manholes, and appurtenances. 5) Landscaping and restoration. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid documents are not yet available for download. If the bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 15 days after the award of the contract. The certified check or bid bond will be returned to the Bidder as soon as the contract is signed. If after 15 days the Bidder shall fail to do so, the certified check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids, or any part of a bid, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the OWNER, will best serve the interest of the OWNER.
