The work will include roof drainage system removal and replacement with grading, a retaining wall less than 5' in height, erosion control with tree protection, landscaping and concrete pad replacement. Total distributed area is 10,000 sf. The form of agreement to be entered into shall be the contract included within these specifications All bidders shall examine the site before submitting a proposal in order to determine the extent of work involved, size of work, etc., and the conditions under which the work must be staged and performed. The City has completed permit review with the City of Raleigh Development Services Department for this work. The Contractor will need to have the permit issued in its name. The cost for issuance of the permit can be reimbursed at cost based on receipts provided from the permitting allowance included in the bid. Contractor will need to provide address, phone, email and license number along with current copies of workers compensation and general liability insurance. Once that is submitted, tree protection fence will need to be installed and inspected to have permits released. The Bidder specifically agrees to abide by all applicable provisions of Article 3 of Chapter 133 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
