Renovation of a municipal facility in Kersey, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project requires the repair and replacement of roofs and siding on four 30'x108'gutter-connected Conley 3600 greenhouses. Specific components of the Project include without limitation: 1) construction design; 2) development of Project cost; 3) development of a Project schedule; 4) development of a payment schedule; 5) site visit; 6) construction (all phases, including without limitation furnishing all labor and materials for site preparation, and building construction and installation activities); and 7) Project close-out. In accordance with 32-1-1806, C.R.S., the Owner has determined that an Integrated Project Delivery method represents the most timely and cost effective alternative for the Project.
