The District of Oak Bay is requesting proposals from Consultants/Consulting firms who specialize in both or either of the following: non-destructive pavement assessment to evaluate the District's Street Network and propose remedial action stemming from deteriorating pavement condition. development of a Centre-line sidewalk network inventory and undertaking a non-destructive sidewalk and curb assessment to evaluate the District's Sidewalk & Curb Network and propose remedial action stemming from deteriorating condition. The objective of this assignment is to determine the extent of damage and provide a current condition report for these networks. This includes developing a priority repair list for each asset type, a pavement management plan for the roads, and an accessibility rating based of curb ramps, sidewalk widths and pole incursions so we can easily determine the accessibility of our sidewalks.
