Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Cheshire, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Town of Cheshire, acting through its Next Generation School Building Committee "NGSBC", is seeking to engage a Construction Manager to provide program evaluation and pre-construction services (in coordination with the Architect and Owner's Representative), cost estimating, trade contract bidding/negotiation, and construction phase services for the construction the new North End Elementary School. The Town will engage a Construction Manager "CM" to serve as Constructor and the Construction Manager will be 'At Risk' Statements of Qualifications received after the stated date and time will be rejected. The Town of Cheshire reserves the right to reject any or all Statement for Qualifications, or waive defects in same, if it deems such to be in the best interest of the Town of Cheshire.
