Sealed bids addressed to the Bethlehem Township Board of Trustees, Stark County Ohio for our 2023 PAVING AND REPAIR PROGRAM. Part 1: (1) Woodland Hill Rd SW, (2) Seeman St SW, (3) Lake Sherman Allotment which consists of Lakehill Ave SW, Maplehill Ave SW and Woodlake circle SW. Part 2: (1) Beth Ave SW south of Hudson 22 (2) Rockville Rd SW. Alternate: Navarre Bethlehem Community Park Road. The Township is not responsible if documents are received after the bid receipt deadline. The above designed work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, material, appurtenances and incidentals required for the construction of the road project and other incidental items necessary for a complete project all in accordance with specifications prepared by the Bethlehem Township Trustees. Each bid shall be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, if mailed or hand delivered. All bids received shall be upon the forms furnished with the specifications, shall contain the full name of each person, agency/company, submitting the bid, and shall be signed by an official authorized to execute a contract. Bid envelope/subject line must be plainly marked: 2023 BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP PAVING PROJECT: All contractors and sub-contractors involved with this project, will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. The Bethlehem Township Trustees declare that they will award the contract for this project to the lowest and best bid, which may not necessarily be the lowest bid. No single factor will control the Board s decision to award, and the Board reserves the right to exercise its full discretion.
