Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Villa Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 27, 2025, the project was awarded to Schroeder Asphalt Services, Inc., with an awarded amount of $1,322,687.01.** This project consists of the reconstruction of Harvard Avenue including pavement removal, aggregate base course, Hot-Mix Asphalt Binder Course, Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Course, curb and gutter installation, sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway pavement removal and replacement and parkway restoration. The project will also consist of installing approximately 660 linear feet of 8" water main, including fire hydrants, valves and water services, adjusting sanitary services, storm sewer removal and replacement and sanitary sewer removal and replacement. All requests for information or clarification shall be submitted to the Village of Villa Park by email to engineering@invillapark.com. The Village will accept requests for information or clarification submitted in accordance with the above requirements until THURSDAY, APRIL 10, 2025, 05:00 PM
