Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Villa Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of milling and resurfacing Wisconsin Avenue from Vermont to Ridge, with the exception of the intersections of Plymouth, Sunset, and Ridge which will have the existing concrete pavement removed and replaced with a full-depth Hot-Mix Asphalt pavement. The full length of the existing curb and gutter will be replaced with B-4.12 Concrete Curb and Gutter. ADA Ramps and Detectable Warnings will be replaced asneeded. Additionally, the project will consist of the installation of a minimum length of storm sewers, inlets and catch basins, minor drainage and utility improvements, pavement markings, erosion & sediment control, and restoration and other related and incidental work. The Village reserves the right to extend the Bid Deadline from this date and time to accept Bids submitted after the Bid Deadline, as the Village, in its sole discretion, determines is in the best interest of the Village. BID SECURITY: Bid security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Bidding Documents. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond acceptable to the Village for one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
