Renovation of a transportation facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Pursuant to N.C. Statute Sec. 143-128.1(A), the County of Forsyth is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing prime construction services for this project. The RFQ provides complete information on the services being sought, the submittal requirements and contract timelines The End of Question Period is 5:00 pm, February 23, 2023. Questions and requests for information to this RFQ shall be addressed by email to andersja@forsyth.cc. Responses will be posted by written addendum and sent to all firms who have directly obtained the full document and to all websites where the original advertisement was posted. This RFQ will in no manner be construed as a commitment on the part of the County to award a contract. The County reserves the right to reject any or all applications; to waive minor irregularities in the RFQ process or in the applications; to re-advertise this RFQ; to postpone or cancel this process; select and procure parts of services; and to change or modify the RFQ schedule at any time. The County of Forsyth reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. This RFQ does not obligate the County to pay any cost incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a response, nor does it obligate the County to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
