The Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), operated by Battelle Memorial Institute for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), has a requirement for a Contractor to furnish qualified personnel, equipment, and materials as necessary to perform all engineering, design, and drafting services as specified in subsequent work orders. The necessary AE services may include, but not be limited to, the following: o architecture o civil, electrical, instrumentation and controls, mechanical, and/or structural engineering and design o engineering consulting o surveying o landscaping design o design/drafting o preparation of conceptual design sketches o 3D computer modeling and animation (BIM) o definitive design o construction document preparation (AutoCAD drawings and tailored construction specifications) o cost estimates o acceptance test reports o design development and review meetings o facility/system commissioning documents o operating/maintenanceprocedures o engineering inspection and/or oversight during construction o as-building, project closeout, and/or other agreed-upon scope for PNNL projects. o project documents shall be produced according to the PNNL procedures and processes including; ADM-057 Engineering Manual, PNNL Engineering Design Guide, ADM-057-PG-02 Drafting Process Guide and the ADM-064 Equipment Identification. PNNL is looking for Highly Qualified Firms for Architectural/Engineering support for projects on the Richland and Sequim WA campuses.
