Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milton, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of roadway infrastructure demolition, rehabilitation, and repair with wearing course pavement installation and paint striping. Activity will include curb replacement, sidewalk replacement, storm sewer inlet repairs, valve and manhole adjustments, base course pavement repair, wearing course installation and paint striping. All questions, comments, or concerns are to be sent to Kristy Rogers, Town Manager, via email to krogers@ci.milton.de.us with copy to Brian Miller, PE, Town Engineer (bmiller@pennoni.com). Contract Duration 120 Consecutive Calendar Days Each BID must be accompanied by a BID BOND or Certified Check payable to the OWNER for ten percent of the total amount of the BID. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The right is reserved, as the interests of the Town of Milton may appear, to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids received, and to accept or reject any items of any bid. The Town of Milton reserves the right to extend the time and place of Bid Opening on not less than two calendar days notice by electronic delivery.
