As of December 9, 2024, per owner, The Covington City Commission approved the transfer of this property of Habitat For Humanity (“HFH”) on May 28, 2024. The HFH proposal indicates construction to commence within 18 months from date of award and to be complete within 12 months from construction commencement date. Design consultants on the team must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and Respondents must be licensed to work in the City of Covington On behalf of the City of Covington, KY (“City”), the Neighborhood Services Department is seeking proposals to purchase and develop a vacant, City-owned residential property at 1122 John Street, Covington, Kentucky. The purpose of the sale is to return a long vacant property back to productive use as an added asset within the community. The City seeks qualified buyers to acquire and redevelop the property to positively contribute value to the Westside Neighborhood. This parcel is centrally located and in close proximity to I-75.
