The City of Covington, Kentucky (The "City") is in the process of preparing the 23-acre former IRS site for redevelopment. The City intends to hire a qualified abatement and demolition contractor (the "A/DC"). The A/DC may be a single entity/company or a team with the demolition contractor as the prime company, to remove all hazardous materials, underground tanks, structures, landscaping, hardscaping and pavement within the boundary specified.
