Renovation of an educational facility in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
New control desk at west entry, reconfiguration of office layout in sports programs suite, and creation of new fitness and wellness office suite. Finishes and systems, including HVAC, lighting, fire protection, and fire alarm, will be updated throughout area of work. Work will consist of interior renovations of three (3) separate areas of Dixon Recreation Center on both the first and second floors and will consist of six (6) Base Bids: 1.4.1 Base Bid A - West Entry 1.4.2 Base Bid B - Sports Programs 1.4.3 Base Bid C - Fitness and Wellness spaces 1.4.4 Base Bid D - Mind Body Studio 1.4.5 Base Bid E - Administrative Suite. 1.4.6 Base Bid F - General Requirements for Base Bids A QUESTION DEADLINE: March 14, 2023, at 5:00 PM PT All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name Estimated Contract execution By April 21, 2023 Substantial Completion On or before November 1, 2023 Final Completion On or before December 31, 2023
