Renovation of a parking garage in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the replacement of one boiler at the City of Winnipeg Brandon Garage. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Remove existing boiler, B-1 and circulation pump, BIP-1 and associated gas piping, hydronic piping and venting. (b) Install new boiler, B-1 and circulation pump, BIP-1 and associated gas piping, hydronic piping and venting. (c) Connect new equipment to existing DDC system. (d) Remove electrical provisions for removed mechanical equipment. (e) Provide new electrical provisions for new mechanical equipment. The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder's direct observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing. The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been determined through such inspection.
