Reference number : 1696366 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Options related to this notice: This notice includes options for renewal (Four (4) additional periods of one (1) year, at the sole discretion of BAnQ) Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 BAnQ aims to acquire the services of an accredited service provider in the C.CURE version 9000 access control system from Software House and the unified physical security system from Genetec in order to carry out various inspection, maintenance and updates on the components of BAnQ's systems. More specifically, BAnQ wishes to obtain the following services: Lump sum services (see point 6.1 of this document): a) Annual renewal of the license to use Software House's C.Cure software, including updating and technical support and the same for Genetec's unified physical security system; b) Monthly inspection of the C.Cure access control system and Genetec's unified physical security system including their components. Inspection and maintenance work at hourly rates for the services of qualified technicians (see point 6.2 of this document): a) Repair, replacement and installation of components on a regular basis; b) Emergency repair, replacement and installation of components. Work requested by BAnQ at hourly rates (see point 6.3 of this document): Repair, replacement and installation of components on a regular basis (other than the work provided for in point 6.2 of this document). Note that a rate for administration and profit costs applicable to supplies and components is also requested. The main work will be required in the various BAnQ buildings located in Montreal. However, some work will be required at the other sites occupied by BAnQ.
