Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION In addition to contractors with an establishment in Quebec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to bid for the execution of the work. Any bid must, to be valid, be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, surety bond or bank guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days in the amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid for the 1-year option, including taxes , and issued in the name of the VILLE DE MATANE. Deadline for submitting complaints (DDP): March 13, 2023. Deadline for responding to complaints (DRP): March 20, 2023. Ville de Matane does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation or costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
