The Town of Philadelphia, Jefferson County, New York, will be accepting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for the following: Engineering Services in connection with a NYSEFC Principal Forgiveness Grant and NYSEFC 0% Interest hardship loan programs to finance a new water district project The project will create a new water district to service roughly 73 residences, businesses, farmlands, and vacant lots with water, The project will not only improve the quality of drinking water in the district. The project will also allow for increased fire protection through this section of the Town with the addition of hydrants. All proposals should be marked with the following language: "REQUEST FOR ENGINEERING QULIFICATIONS-TOWN OF PHILADELPHIA WATER DISTRICT" Proposals should be submitted to Town of Philadelphia, Brenda Brown, Town Clerk, 33019 US RT 11, or to the following email address: tphilaclerk@centralny.twcbc.com. Qualifications will be evaluated on the following factors: Specified experience and technical expertise of the firm in connection with the type of services to be provided, especially the knowledge and experience which has led to the successful completion of prior NYSEFC funded water projects. Past record of performance on contracts with the community and other clients including quality of work, timeliness, and cost control. Capacity of firm to perform the work within time limitations, taking into consideration the current and planned workload of the firm.
