Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Wellsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,200-square-foot municipal facility.
The Project includes the following Work: The Project includes site development and construction of an approximately 5,200 SF EMS administration building with attached five-bay garage. Building construction consists of: Cast-in place concrete spread footings with CMU masonry foundation walls; Load-bearing wood stud framed walls; and roof trusses; Exterior finishes include: RPR metal wall panels, Adhered Manufactured Stone Veneer; and Standing seam metal roofing. Interior wall framing is wood studs. Interior finishes include painted drywall, carpet, LVT, ceramic tile and lay-in acoustical ceiling panels. The buildingsinclude electrical, communications, lighting, plumbing, fire suppression and HVAC systems and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work will be substantially completed within 365calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 380 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $500.00 per day.
