A. This project is Phase 2 of a larger project to make improvements to Binghamton Universitys Softball field where our Division 1 Softball team plays. This Phase 2 project includes installation of new sports lighting, bleacher expansion, press box replacement, netting system replacement, scoreboard replacement, and utility work associated with upgrades. Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the second phase of improvements to the Binghamton University Division 1 softball field. Project scope includes installation of a new scoreboard, complete sports lighting package, tension netting system, bleacher expansion to double seating capacity, press box and all associated utility work. The scoreboard, lighting and netting portion of the work must be completed by August 1, 2023 when the softball team will begin practicing on the field. Bleacher and press box work may continue outside the field until March 1, 2024. All work outside the field must be complete din time for Spring 2024 softball season.
