The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm that will assess and identify infrastructure issues and make recommendations for creating safe routes within one mile of riding, biking, or walking to school. This is a pilot program and will result in a one-year contract with the option to extend for up to (4) additional one-year periods contingent upon funding and pilot success. The DISTRICTs Board reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs and/or waive any irregularity in any RFP received. Unless otherwise required by law, no proposing firm may withdraw its RFP for ninety (90) days after the date of the RFP due date.
