BANQUETE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS SECURITY CAMERA REPLACEMENT The Banquete Independent School District is soliciting competitive bids for the replacement of security cameras in the District, in accordance with 44.031 of the Texas Education Code. The District shall evaluate the competitive bids based upon the following criteria as set forth in 44.031(b), Texas Education Code: - purchase price - reputation of the vendor and of the vendor goods or services; - the quality of the vendors goods or services; - the extent to which the goods or services meet the District's needs; - the vendors past relationship with the District; and - the total long-term cost to the District to acquire the goods or services. Deadline for Submission. Please submit bids for the following: - 97 total cameras total, as follows: - 35 cameras at High School with 17 located outdoors; - 4 cameras at the Administration building, all located outdoors; - 26 cameras at the Junior High School with 9 outdoors and 2 pelco stand-alone cameras; - 32 cameras at Elementary School with 12 located outdoors; Outdoor cameras are Vicon IQM63WA1 management server Inside cameras are Vicon IQD63W1 gateway 4 NVRs (1 at each campus) The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
