Junior/Senior HS Annex Classroom SED#59-05-01-06-7-024-001 Benjamin Cosor ES Annex Classroom SED#59-05-01-06-7-023-001 Junior/Senior HS Storage Building SED#59-05-01-06-2-025-001 Junior/Senior HS Auditorium Upgrades SED#59-05-01-06-0-001-025 The Owner, the School Board of the Fallsburg Central School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the ARPA/CRRSSA Funding Project, which includes construction of a Pre-engineered Storage Building, Modular Annex Classrooms, Theatrical/Lighting Upgrades at Auditorium, and misc. mechanical, electrical, and plumbing support work. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 01A General Construction, Storage Building (GC-S) Contract No. 02A General Construction, Modular Classrooms (GC-M) Contract No. 03A Mechanical/Plumbing Construction (MPC) Contract No. 04A Electrical Construction (EC) A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. The School Board of the Fallsburg Central School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, or to reject all Bids without explanation. Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the conditions provided in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date
