Renovation of a multi-residential development in Braintree, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The project consists of: The replacement of the existing intercom system and the installation of five new door openers at Highlands Green Development 667-03. Which includes the removal and replacement of 58 existing interior answering units and 13 existing intercom panels. (10 intercom panels allow access to 4 apartment units and 3 intercom panels allow access to 6 apartment units). All electrical work includes providing a receptacle extension from the existing lobby receptacle to new door openers. Door openers and handheld transmitters to be programmed. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bidding Request for Information (RFI's) shall be forwarded to luisaoliva@macritchie.net and by 03/13/2023 3:00pm EST for general bids
