The Town of Braintree seeks bids for the Monatiquot River Restoration Construction Project. The Scope of Work includes dam removal, removal of contaminated sediment, channel restoration, fishway construction, boardwalk and trail construction. MA Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Bid deposits, Performance Bond and Payment Bonds are required. DBE goals and EEO policies of the Town of Braintree are applicable to the total dollars paid to the construction contract. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.2% D/MBE participation and 8.8% D/WBE participation. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all bids.
